Every TreeHex Project Includes 6 Months of Support. Here Is What That Means

Software that works on launch day and breaks in month three is not a finished project. That is why support is included for six full months.

Why we include it

Most delivery problems appear after launch, when real users and real data meet the system. We would rather be responsible for that period than hand over a repository and disappear.

What is covered

For 6 months after launch, TreeHex provides support on what we built.

  • Bug fixes for issues in delivered features
  • Security updates and dependency patches
  • Monitoring and help diagnosing production incidents
  • Technical questions from your team
  • Small adjustments needed to keep things running smoothly

What is not covered

New features, redesigns and large changes are scoped separately, because they are new work rather than support. The goal is a clear line: anything that is supposed to work, we keep working.

How it fits with a squad

If you want ongoing development after launch, a dedicated squad continues the work with the same people. Support is the safety net; the squad is how you keep growing. You can add technical support as a squad role at any time.

FAQ

When does the 6 months start?

From the production launch of the delivered project.

Is there an extra fee?

No. It is included in the project engagement. Ongoing support beyond the first six months can be arranged separately.
